Everyone has been waiting to hear from disgraced ex-MSP Trooper Michael Proctor.

But there are rumors on social media that we might not see Proctor on the witness stand after all.

I reached out to Aidan Kearney (Turtleboy) to confirm these reports and he replied, “Yes confirmed.” Before adding, “No Tully either, no Brian Albert, no Higgins.”

This changes things.

 State Police Sergeant Yuri Bukhenik is currently on the stand.
