Here is the smiley face on an official court document from the female 33-year-old prosecutor to the 56-year-old now ex-judge she’s been accused of having an affair with while getting maximum sentences for defendants of color.
Appeal of one such conviction now pending before SJC. More, many more, to follow. Also you can read the three R-rated letters spelling out the tawdry alleged affair, written by an “anonymous” woman who’s not really anonymous (read my column). I call her Madam X.
This could be the next Annie Dookhan/Sonja Farak scandal — not thousands, but definitely multiple convictions tossed out because of gross prosecutorial misconduct that the Democrat hackerama then desperately tried to cover up. (Only one hack lawyer disbarred in the Sonja Farak scandal — so far.)
Odd that woke state-run media in Boston don’t seem to care much about this smiley-face case involving POC’s who’ve been done dirty by The Man (and his young side piece). Perhaps, as I note in my column, it’s because it’s white Democrats who are now the accused. Professional courtesy….
