We need a commission to investigate the June 16th insurrection in Easton, a day which will live in infamy
What this nation needs now is a new June 16th Commission to full investigate the insurrection in Easton on Thursday afternoon.
What this nation needs now is a new June 16th Commission to full investigate the insurrection in Easton on Thursday afternoon.
In case you didn’t see it, and state-run media certainly hopes you didn’t, a shiftless, tattooed Biden voter drove his crappy Volkswagen Jetta through the plate-glass front window of a Trump memorabilia store on Thursday, June 16th, a day which will live in infamy.
It was an existential threat to our democracy.
It was an attempted coup.
It was perhaps the darkest moment in our nation’s history since the shelling of Fort Sumter by Democrats in 1861, or the internment of Japanese-Americans by Democrats in 1942, or the lynching of the 11 Italian immigrants in New Orleans by Democrats in 1891 or…
Someday there will be a museum, or at least a monument or plaque, at 620 Washington Street. It will serve as a tragic reminder to future generation of this latest horrific example of domestic terrorism by the racketeering enterprise and criminal conspiracy known as the Democrat party.
Actually, Congress should authorize two June 16th Commissions, because even as the Commonwealth struggled for closure from this terrible crime Thursday night, another insurrection was underway in Washington.
A different crew of card-carrying, fellow-traveling Democrat terrorists ran amuck in the Longworth Office Building until they were arrested by the Capitol Police around 8:30 p.m. Those comrades claimed to be “comics,” working for a reputed “comedian” by the name of Stephen Colbert.
The nation is going to need at least two prime-time live Congressional hearings on this most recent spate of domestic terrorism.
And by the way, the horrific atrocity in Easton does seem to fit the FBI’s definition of domestic terrorism, which defines the crime as acts that “appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population, to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or to effect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination or kidnapping…”
The alleged perp is one Sean Flaherty, age 46, of Raynham. The bumper stickers on his bleepbox car give an indication of his, uh, world view. They include a sticker commemorating a second-tier punk rock band known as The Ramones, whose most famous single was “I Want to be Sedated.”
Most telling was a weird sticker with a photo of, you guessed it, Donald J. Trump, with a bar code between his nose and his upper lip, giving the effect of a Hitler moustache.
That sticker also includes a translated quote from Voltaire:
“Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
Believe absurdities? Judging by his lunatic actions, Flaherty is a guy who most likely believes that there was a Russian collusion hoax, that Joe Biden is a sentient human being, that men can menstruate and become pregnant, that climate change is caused by human beings, who thinks that democracy was in fact in peril on Jan. 6, etc. etc. etc.
And because he fell wholeheartedly for the Democrats’ entire demented gospel, Flaherty committed an atrocity. Voltaire called it.
On his social media, there’s a photo of Flaherty in a bar, unshaven, with a fruity drink in front of him. He looks like he’s living the Ramones’ dream. On another photo you can read some of the tattooed words on his arm:
“You can’t fire me because…”
Because you’ve already quit, or because you never had a job to begin with?
The New England for Trump store that he targeted for his mostly peaceful protest is one of four Trump-centric stores owned by Keith Lambert. When I spoke to Lambert Friday he told me that moments before Flaherty crashed his crappy car through the double plate-glass windows, a mother and her young child had been inside, in front of the windows, checking out the tee-shirts, hats, flags and assorted other memorabilia.
The clerk on duty was just about to walk to the restroom when Flaherty’s car crashed through the window. Lambert said his kind-hearted employee walked over to the rabid comrade and asked him why he’d done it.
“He told my guy that he’d been hearing voices,” Lambert recalled.
This is the Democrats’ new alibi for every hate crime they commit. They all hear voices, or so they say. The Democrat who was planning to murder Justice Brett Kavanaugh was likewise… hearing voices.
I got three possible 508 phone numbers for Flaherty yesterday. One was “not working” — obviously a Democrat number. The other was “not in service,” as opposed to overserved, the way most Democrats are. At the third one I left a message:
“Mr. Flaherty, whose voices were you hearing in your head when you put the pedal to the metal? Nancy Pelosi’s? Chuck Schumer’s? Dementia Joe Biden’s?”
Sadly, he did not return my calls. Perhaps, after being taken to the hospital after his in-kind contribution to the Democrat party, Flaherty remains… sedated.
There’s a lot of talk in Washington about the need for so-called red-flag laws. Do you think maybe we need red-flag laws for calling out Biden voters? They seem to be on another spree of domestic terrorism, like their “mostly peaceful protests” of rampant arson, looting and murders of police in the summer of 2020.
Maybe we need a seven-day waiting period for allowing Biden voters to order fruity mixed drinks in bars.
But mostly, I think we need to treat all these Democrats the way their party is treating all the Jan. 6 “insurrectionists” — put them in solitary confinement for 18 months with no trials. Who needs the Bill of Rights?
It’s the new American way, at least when Democrats are calling the shots. All we’re asking is that Sean Flaherty et al. be treated just like they’re Proud Boys — and that we have some prime-time Congressional hearings on this existential threat to our democracy.
