Media continue to cover up Joe Biden’s mental decline

Get well soon, Mr. President!

But with President Trump unfortunately sidelined at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for a few days, do you think the media will now be able to devote more attention to examining the incoherent babbling of Dementia Joe Biden?

Nah, won’t happen. The media have been ignoring and/or covering up Biden’s obvious mental decline for more than a year now, even though the video evidence is at their fingertips.

So while Trump is recuperating, let us consider some of Joe’s recent Greatest Hits. Since it’s the big story of the weekend, let’s get the veep’s latest takes on the virus.

During the two-on-one debate, Biden attacked Trump’s handling of the Panic. As always, Biden’s grasp of the facts was, well, different. All dialogue guaranteed verbatim:

“By the way, the 20, the 200 million, the 200,000 people that have died on his watch, they — have many of those and and have survived?”

How many indeed?

Biden elaborated the next day during his train trip through Ohio and Pennsylvania.

“Last night I I and I said when I got in the race we’re in a battle for the soul of this country — can you all see me or should I turn this this way a little bit and um and uh you know I uh you know Trump’s uh constant disregard and unwillingness to speak to COVID and the fact that 205 million people, 205 thousand have died.”

Those 205 million dead in Biden math, that’s on top of the 150 million he’s said have been killed by firearms since 2007.

Incidentally, just as he’s flip-flopped on his earlier calls to halt fracking, Joe no longer wants to defund the police. Now he just wants to have psychologists available for the local constabulary when they go out on a “nine-eleven call.”

That’s what Biden said. Not 9-1-1, but nine-eleven. You know, to deal with the “suicide academic epidemic.”

Despite having his snout buried in the public trough for almost a half century, Joe has real problems remembering the names of programs, or agencies, like the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

“And look the other thing is that if you think about it uh the uh FEMA you know Federal Emergency — they had agreed they were gonna provide masks …”

Then there are the new relief measures.

“For example, the Paycheck Protection Act. You know, one percent of the money’s gone out. One percent. One percent of the uh no, no, that’s not the Paycheck, the the um uh the uh the bill for small for major businesses — ”

His “interviewer” then gave Joe the name he was fumbling for. Because they’re all in with the Democrat party line. Same thing happened after the President accused him of signing off on Bernie Sanders’ “manifesto.” The next day Biden tried to set the record, uh, straight.

“President keeps talking about what’s what’s he call this uh uh he has some name for our platform uh I can’t remember it’s it’s uh — “Manifesto?” the Democrat stenographer with a press pass helpfully suggested.

“Manifesto! Thank you. The manifesto.”

Biden really likes to rattle off lists. But he can never quite make the numbers and the subjects line up. This was at the debate: “Manufacturing went in a hole,” he said to Trump. “Manufacturing went in a hole, number one. Number two. Number three they said it would take — ”

“No,” said the president, interrupting to correct. “You were on number two.”

Fortunately for Joe, his Democrat handler that evening, Chris Wallace, stepped in. Wallace doesn’t hold it against Joe that last winter he called him “Chuck.” Hey, that’s what happens to the memories of people who first “got the Senate 180 years ago.”

Joe said that, too, recently. The alt-left media shrugged, just as they did when he denied at the debate calling the military “stupid bastards.” After all, he said of the incontrovertible evidence, “Play it! Play it!” so he must have known what he was talking about — not.

Ditto when he claimed Dr. Anthony Fauci of the CDC never said there was no need to wear face masks.

Now, granted, Fauci did say it to fake-news “60 Minutes” (remember the Texas Air National Guard?) but Fauci’s flat statement is there on the record from last spring.

“Right now, in the United States, people should not be walking around with a mask.”

Somehow, none of the “fact checkers” could find that sound bite.

During the debate, despite identifying his “hometown” of Scranton as a suburb, Biden once again basically claimed to have pulled himself up by the bootstraps. That’s rich, a guy who was first elected to the US Senate at age 29 claiming to be a working-class hero.

Biden was back with more of the same bull on Friday, accusing Trump of somehow having it easier than he’s had it. In this sound cut, he mentions a place that sounds like “Readboro,” but I’m not sure. Perhaps it’s near what he calls “Keene, Vermont,” or Arizona, “an important city,” as he said in July.

“Take a look at it this is a guy who you know let ya park a car, where I came from and right here in Readboro and uh to uh park your car at their parking and their country club and never let you join.”

Final question: Would you let Joe Biden park your car?
