Liz Warren flip-flops on Michelle Kosilek, whose wife is still dead

Should a bloodthirsty fiend who strangled his wife with piano wire and left her nude, almost decapitated body in a car in a shopping-mall parking lot force be permitted to have a taxpayer-funded sex-change operation in prison while serving a sentence of life without parole?

Obviously not, right? It’s so self-evident that even Deval Patrick and Barney Frank opposed “gender reassignment” surgery for the savage fiend.

Even the fake Indian, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, was against it.

Until Thursday night.

But now she’s running for president, and the Democrat party has veered so far to the left that it’s considered homophobic, or transphobic, or something, to stake out even the most rudimentary common sense positions.

In September 2012, as Elizabeth Warren was first running for the US Senate against incumbent Scott Brown, a crackpot federal judge in Boston ordered the Commonwealth to pay for the sex-change operation of a convicted wife-killer named Kosilek, birth name Robert, who has since gone to court to change the name to Michelle Kosilek.

(From here on, I’m just going to call the now-70-year-old murderer Kosilek, in order to withstand the slings and arrows of the woke mobs.)

Anyway, it was a very big story in Massachusetts at the time, and the fake Indian was asked if the state should really have to pay for a sex-change operation for a convicted wife-killer.

“I have to say,” she replied, “I don’t think it’s a good use of taxpayer dollars.”

But that was then, this is now. And Thursday night, at a CNN “town hall” on LGBTQ issues, she was finally asked on live TV about her brief outburst of sanity in 2012, a moment of rationality she had already renounced earlier online.

“I think that was a bad answer,” the fake Indian told the CNN questioners. “Everyone is entitled to medical care that they need, and that includes people who are transgender, and it is time to for them to have gender-affirming surgery. I just think that’s important.”

Cheryl McCaul Kosilek could not be reached for comment. She hasn’t made any comments since 1990, when she was strangled at the age of 36 by the murderer the fake Indian now believes should get a sex-change operation on the taxpayers’ dime.

The recent stories in the alt-left media about the fake Indian’s flip flop on sex-change operations vaguely refer to some anonymous “transgendered inmate.”

Actually, in the words of one appeals-court decision affirming Kosilek’s conviction, “the jury found the defendant guilty on the theory of deliberate, premeditated murder as well as extreme atrocity or cruelty.”

So much for the war on women. Whose side is the fake Indian on, really?

Give Kosilek a sex-change operation, that’s Warren’s evolved position. Did I mention, the federal judge in 2012 also ordered the state to pay Kosilek’s lawyers $700,000 in legal fees for the futile lawsuits against the Commonwealth?

Cheryl Kosilek met her murderer as a volunteer counselor at a drug-rehab clinic where the heroin-addicted male prostitute was doing a stint. She already had a son. One day in 1990 she returned to their house in Mansfield and found Kosilek wearing one of her dresses.

An argument ensued and he strangled her with rope and piano wire, then threw her body into her Hyundai and abandoned at the Emerald Square Mall in North Attleboro. The autopsy showed Cheryl Kosilek had almost been decapitated.

Later, Kosilek told a TV interviewer, “Apparently I did take her life. It was probably in self-defense.”

After the brutal slaying, Kosilek fled. He was arrested for drunk driving in New Rochelle, NY, where he told the cops, “I can’t call my wife. I murdered my wife.”

At trial, Kosilek’s 15-year-old stepson testified that on the day of the murder, Kosilek shaved his beard for the first time in a year.

In 2014, the First Circuit Court of Appeals court threw out the lunatic decision by the Boston judge to allow “gender reassignment.” The US Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal, but Kosilek keeps filing lawsuits. Kosilek’s basic claim is that the state’s refusal to pay for a sex-change operation violates the Eighth Amendment prohibition against “cruel and unusual punishments.”

Think about that one. Kosilek is demanding to be castrated, or emasculated, or whatever you call it, and for the state not to genitally mutilate Kosilek constitutes “cruel and unusual punishment.”

So, is it possible that, if the state did give Kosilek the operation, Kosilek could then turn around and sue us on the grounds that castration is… cruel and unusual punishment?

Ex-Rep. Barney Frank once lived with a male prostitute named Hot Bottom. Here’s what Barney told the New Republic about Kosilek:

“Alleviating at public expense the anguish of a murderer is not something I want to do.”

Imagine that. Barney Frank is now to the right of the frontrunner for the Democrat nomination for president.

This is not your grandfather’s Democrat party.
