Federal judges cloned to favor freeloaders

Have you noticed that these Democrat judges trying to make sure that foreign terrorists and illegal-alien gangbangers aren’t deported all seem to come out of Central Casting – after the director said, “Get me some bald, snotty, trust-funded liberal Ivy League pukes who look exactly like Stephen Breyer.”

Come on down, US District Court Judges James Boasberg and Leo Sorokin.

Before every crackpot ruling, these birds ask themselves a single question:

“What would George Soros do?”

They’re not clones, but it’s close. Boasberg is 62, Sorokin 63. Boasberg, like Breyer, was born in San Francisco. Both Boasberg and Sorokin went to Yale College, where Boasberg continued at law school.

Sorokin went to law school at Columbia, now America’s most notorious higher-ed hotbed of anti-Semitism, and how appropriate is that, given Sorokin’s recent hand-wringing for the Hezbollah groupie?

Why are all these cases involving the coddling of savages who despise America seem to end up in front of card-carrying fellow travelers like Boasberg and Sorokin?

It’s called judge-shopping.

The more heinous these foreign freeloaders’ behavior, the more slobberingly the Democrat apparatchiks support them.

If you want to “totally eradicate Western civilization,” in the words of their Columbia poster boy Mahmoud Khalil, the Ivy League nomenklatura totally worships you.

And if the foreign freeloader’s on welfare, so much the better. And if they’re illegal aliens – that’s the biggest resume-enhancer of all.

As Secretary of State Marco Rubio noted over the weekend, these same Democrats defending non-citizens’ “rights” are pretty much the same lynch mob that five years ago was trying to destroy the lives of any American who dared to object to the COVID tyranny imposed by the Deep State.

Boasberg, who wants to welcome the Venezuelan thugs back to the US, previously broomed the cases of assorted Deep State types, including Jan. 6 insurrectionist Ray Epps and FBI justice-obstructer Kevin Clinesmith.

He hates MAGA almost as much as he loves TDA.

In 2023, Boasberg even came off his vacation to sit in the back of the courtroom when Trump was arraigned on some of those kangaroo-court federal charges.

Sorokin is a notorious knucklehead liberal judge at the federal courthouse in South Boston. He likes convicted perps to sit down with their victims before he gives the hoods negligible prison time. It’s called restorative justice or some other such woke nonsense.

Sorokin got the case of Dr. Rasha Alawieh, a smitten 34-year-old groupie of the Hezbollah terrorist group in Lebanon.

The kidney physician recently took a break from her duties at Brown University to visit Lebanon. There she apparently attended a funeral commemoration of the life of a Muslim terrorist fiend named Hassan Nasrallah, who since last summer has been chilling out in Paradise with his 72 virgins, complements of the IDF.

She told immigration agents at Logan of Nasrallah, “He is a religious, spiritual person.”

Let me sum up Nasrallah’s religious and spiritual teachings:

“Kill the Jews! Kill the Americans! Kill all infidels! Nuke them! Allahu akhbar! Kill! Kill! Kill!”

At Logan, upon her return from Lebanon to the Great Satan (as her Hezbollah heart-throbs call the US), the feds got a load of the pictures of multiple Muslim terrorists on her phone. She was immediately put on the next plane back to her Third World hellhole.

What’s the problem, Doc? Plenty of work in Lebanon – many of your savage pals in Hezbollah are suffering horrifically from those booby-trapped pagers that the Israelis gave them. Thousands of the jihadist jokers had either their private parts or their ears blown off when the Zionist entity set them off last year.

Needless to say, the terrorist groupie’s apologists at Brown were apoplectic that this savage had been tossed out of the country.

Said Dr. Douglas Shemin:

“She has an important function of knowledge, a fountain of knowledge that not everyone has.”

She does? Like, maybe about the effects of exploding Israeli pagers on the bodies of bloodthirsty terrorists?

Again, none of these Beautiful People ever thought of assisting Americans who were being persecuted by the Deep State these last few years before Jan. 20.

But the more heinous the crimes a terrorist is charged with, the more support he gets, at least from people from his same, uh, background.

Consider the case of Mahdi Mohammed Sadeghi, charged with sending prohibited technology to his Iranian kleptocracy. According to the feds, the high tech was then used in a drone-murder of three US service members in Lebanon.

Mohammed Sadeghi’s co-defendant is another Iranian named Mohammed Abedeini.

Sadeghi lived in Natick (also the home of illegal-alien-loving Democrat Judge Shelley Joseph). After the murders he was arrested by the FBI and charged in federal court in Boston.

He’s still in custody, but some of his close personal friends attested to his fine character. Here’s a selection of their public statements filed in US District Court about their fellow Muslim Mohammed Sadeghi:

Mohammad Elahinia said Mohammed was “a great resource.”

Moahammad H. Alizadeh described Mohammed as “a devoted family man.”

Mohammad H. Sadraey said Mohammed “is an active member of Iranian religious community.”

Mohammad Jahanbakht said “I have never witnessed behavior that would suggest a predisposition toward harm and violence.”

Mohammed Sadeq Sohrabie said Mohammed created “a local soccer group for children and their families.”

Mohammed Haft Javaerian said Mohammed has “shown tremendous generosity… leaving a lasting impact on the lives of many.”

If the charges against Mohammed are true, he certainly left a lasting impact on the three Army reservists murdered in the Muslims’ terror attack in Jordan in January 2024.

The dead American heroes were Sgt. William Jerome Rivers and Specialists Kennedy Sanders and Breonna Alexsondria Moffet.

Do you think Judge Boasberg or Judge Sorokin know their names? Do you think they give a damn about dead Americans murdered by Muslim terrorists, or by Venezuelan gangbanger rapists?
