Fed judge checks all the hack boxes
It must be fabulous to be US District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy, relaxing in his mansion in posh Shrewsbury, finally making the big bucks after all those years as a starving blow-in lawyer from Maryland — $246,300 a year.
It must be fabulous to be US District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy, relaxing in his mansion in posh Shrewsbury, finally making the big bucks after all those years as a starving blow-in lawyer from Maryland — $246,300 a year.
And on top of his own hack Democrat job, his wife Lynsey Heffernan has her own Democrat hack state job, “chief of policy and strategic planning” at the MBTA, for $247,200 a year.
Thanks Joe Biden! Thanks Maura Healey!
Being Democrat apparatchiks from out of state pays very well indeed here in Massachusetts – total hack family take of $493,500 a year.
And not a lot of heavy lifting, to understate the case more than somewhat.
But as Independence Day nears, there’s one thing missing in Judge Murphy’s gala weekend plans.
He’s not going to be able to have eight of his nearest and dearest friends join him at his Independence Day barbecue – the bloodthirsty, savage Third World illegal aliens he’s been trying to bring back to the US.
Murphy was a lame-duck appointment by senile Joe Biden, barely confirmed by the Senate in December on a 47-45 party-line vote. Now he’s doing just what he was expected to do – allowing all of his patron’s foreign fiends to remain here in America, raping, robbing and murdering to their hearts’ content.
At least as long as they stay out in Shrewsbury and all of the other Beautiful People sanctuaries in Massachusetts where everyone despises Trump together.
This newbie unelected, obscure judge, like his hack wife a former public defender, ordered President Trump to stop deporting the savages back to “third countries” (because their own bleephole homelands don’t want them back).
They were to be dumped in South Sudan, which I hear is lovely this time of year.
Murphy also ordered the feds to provide the monsters with interpreters and counsel.
The Supreme Court paused his order last week. So Murphy just ignored it, because, he said, he’d issued a different second order, which hadn’t been addressed by the Supreme Court when they shot down his first attempted coup.
“(It) remains,” Murphy said of his sneaky second order, “in full force and effect, notwithstanding today’s stay of the Preliminary Injunction.”
So now these eight foreign fiends are in Djibouti, squatting in a shipping container on the US Naval base there, guarded by 11 ICE agents who’d like to be home for Independence Day.
Now the work week is winding down, and it looks like Murphy won’t get his next slap down until after the long weekend.
Sad, at least for Murphy, because he’d have so enjoyed getting these savages back to the US for his big barbecue Friday.
After Murphy defied the Supreme Court, the Department of Homeland Security released the list of the undocumented Democrats that Murphy dreams of someday welcoming back to civilization with wet slobbering kisses and a tender back rub:
Jose Manual Rodriquez-Quinones, Cuban illegal, convicted of attempted first-degree murder, cocaine trafficking and credit card fraud, among other things. Issued final order of removal in 2012.
Thongxay Nilakout, Laotian illegal, convicted of first-degree murder and robbery. Ordered removed in 2023.
Jesus Munoz-Gutierrez, Mexican illegal, convicted of second-degree murder. Ordered removed in 2005.
Kyaw Mya, Burmese illegal, convicted of rape of a child under the age of 12. Ordered removed in 2022.
Enrique Arias-Hierro, Cuban illegal, convicted of homicide, armed robbery, kidnapping, etc. Ordered removed in 1999.
Nyo Myint, Burmese illegal, convicted of sexual assault of a mentally-disabled woman. Ordered removed in 2023.
Tuan Thanh Phan, Vietnamese illegal, convicted of first-degree murder. Ordered removed in 2009.
Dian Domach, South Sudan illegal, convicted of robbery, OUI, possession of burglarious tools and firearm with obliterated serial number. Ordered removed in 2011.
Why do you suppose their own countries don’t want such fine people returning to their homelands? It’s pretty obvious, isn’t it? The bigger question is, why does Murphy want them to, in effect, stay here, getting “meaningful” due process.
They’ve all been living here illegally, committing the worst sorts of crime, while sponging off every form of welfare known to man, or at least Democrats.
Judge Murphy and his wife Lynsey would have loved to have these nice young men over to their palatial estate in the suburbs for the barbecue on the Fourth, I’m sure.
But it was not to be. But at least Judge Murphy gets to virtue signal to his heart’s content, knowing that none of the swells he hobnobs with at the country club will ever end up like Laken Riley or Matthew Denice, which is to say murdered by some depraved illegal.
The judge went to Columbia Law School, Lynsey to Brooklyn Law. Their only regret, they’d probably be telling Thongxay and Nyo and Kyaw and all the rest of them over the fine porterhouses, was that they didn’t get to vote last week in the New York mayoral primary for The Party’s latest heart-throb, Zohran Kwame Mamdani, a rabidly anti-Semitic Muslim from Uganda.
They might even offer a toast to Mayor Mamdani, and to the fundamental transformation of America.
Judge Murphy is such a loyal comrade. He wants to welcome all these wonderful folks back to civilization where they can resume their life-long vacations on the taxpayers’ dime, the way he and his wife are doing.
Welcome back to America, cholos.
Just stay out of Shrewsbury.
