Howie talks to North End restaurant owner Frank Mendoza. Frank, who owns Monica’s Trattoria on Prince Street, explains why he is angry at Governor Baker and Mayor Walsh.

Grace Curley was born in Milton, Massachusetts. In 2014 she graduated from Providence College. She started working at the Howie Carr Show shortly thereafter.
