"I've gotten too old to not be greedy": The L. Louise Lucas Story

AAYou might recall back in May, Virginia State Sen. Louise Lucas' Portsmouth office was raided by the Feds.

Well, we are getting a lot more information as to why.

The NYPOST: On Feb. 9, 2026, Lucas called the person to give an update on pending recreational marijuana legislation, saying: “This is our last chance at generational wealth… I’ve got too old to not be greedy.”

If none of this is ringing a bell you might remember great-grandmother Louise from her attempt to redraw Virginia's congressional map.

The attempt went down in flames thanks to cooler heads at the Virginia Supreme Court.

Lucas' statement in response to the indictment is chef's kiss.

Another day, another Democrat "enterprise" gone bust.
