Oliver Derima was born in Haiti.
He’s accused of murder in the shootout early Monday morning at the Haitian restaurant on Hyde Park Avenue. He also wounded four other patrons when police say he opened fire.
If Oliver Derima’s name doesn’t immediately ring a bell, there’s a reason for that. This Haitian-born savage’s alleged crime is already being given a good leaving-alone by regime-controlled media, because it doesn’t fit The Party’s narrative.
His free pass is his birthplace – “HT” – as chronicled in earlier police reports. He’s a member of the DEI Industrial Complex. Ergo, the shooting must not be covered.
It must be covered up.
The Ministry of Truth asserts that all the Haitians flopping in the Commonwealth are hard-working victims, contributing to the economy, especially nursing homes.
Deporting all these freeloaders in the US with TPS – Temporary Protected Status – would somehow destroy the Massachusetts economy, or at least cause “severe strains” or “lasting damage.”
Yesterday, I called and emailed the lawyer for Haitian-born accused murderer Oliver Derima.
The lawyer’s name is Anthony Ellison, and he is the brother of the attorney general of Minnesota, Keith Ellison. Keith Ellison was formerly known as Keith X, and is a very close political ally of Somali-born US Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Ellison did not return my call or email.
I asked him if his client was on TPS. Seemed a legitimate question. The Democrats in Massachusetts are outraged that Trump wants to send these freeloaders back to their tropical paradise. What part of “Temporary” do all these Third World loafers and their Democrat enablers not understand?
If the Democrat federal judges hadn’t stopped Trump’s initial efforts to send them back to where they belong, Derima’s victim might still be alive today.
His name was Ky’Main Korey Reynolds, of Dorchester. His family and friends are probably less outraged about President Trump’s efforts to deport the violence-prone Haitian grifters than Michelle Wu and Maura Healey.
Given what I read in the Globe, Derima must have just been getting off the second shift at the local nursing home when he reportedly decided to take out everybody at the Little Haiti International Cuisine.
Derima has enjoyed a pleasant vacation here in civilization. Until his latest crime, he’d gotten nothing but passes from the Massachusetts criminal justice system.
The kid-gloves treatment started in Boston. More recently, he flashed his get-out-of-jail-free card all across Norfolk County, bailiwick of disgraced Democrat district attorney (and Kamala Harris delegate) Michael “Meatball” Morrissey.
Here’s an affidavit from Derima’s girlfriend for a restraining order:
“I (redacted) would like my address and all contact information impounded because Mr. Derima and I have past DV (domestic violence) with each other out of Stoughton District Court.”
Derima has recently been living in Randolph, of all places. Back to the girlfriend’s affidavit:
“Mr. Derima has beaten me, strangled me and held a gun to my head. I was able to get away and I’d like to stay away. I fear if he does have my address or any of my contact info he will harm me.”
Guess she wasn’t at the Little Haiti International Cuisine Monday morning. Lucky for her.
Let’s take a partial look at the 27-year-old Haitian’s record in the Massachusetts justice system.

And now, murder. Notice how the alleged crimes slowly got more serious, as it became clearer that, as a Haitian, Derima had a free ride, in every way, in Massachusetts.
Notice, too, how Morrissey kept brooming these cases. The judges in Quincy are appalling – I’m talking to you, ancient Dukakis hack blow-in from New York Mark Coven. But I blame Morrissey more than Coven and the other black-robed fools for this latest Haitian’s crime spree.
At the same time Derima’s cases were being laughed out of court, Meatball was twice desperately trying to frame Karen Read for a murder that she could not have possibly committed.
If only Karen Read had been a Haitian with TPS, rather than an American with TFS – Temporary Framed Status.
At deadline, Keith X’s brother Anthony Ellison still hadn’t called me back with answers to my questions, not even about whether Demira has ever been on welfare, and on what different forms.
If you’re reading this, Mr. X, I mean Ellison, I have one final inquiry about Oliver Derima.
What nursing home was your Haitian client working at the morning he allegedly opened fire in Hyde Park?
