Decisions on midterm elections should be about results
On Tuesday, November 3rd, Americans face one of the most consequential elections in recent times. It’s a decision point that will determine whether the tremendous progress we have made course correcting America continues or retracts. It’s my hope that people use their brains, recognize the seriousness of this election and get out and vote.
Historically, midterm elections do not fare well for the party of the sitting president. In almost all midterm elections, the sitting president’s party loses seats. Considering the slim margin Republicans hold in the House and Senate, that would be catastrophic for America.
The most important thing great Americans can do is discuss results to those who are undecided or considering voting Democrat. What has occurred over the last two years, since Trump took office, is nothing short of miraculous. For those who doubt or don’t pay attention to the facts, let’s have a look at the progress that has been made in a short two years.
Take a look at your 401k
Since Trump took office, the S&P 500 has grown 31%. That means significant increases in the value of every American’s 401k. This growth is the result of deregulation, and over $11 trillion invested in America since Trump took office. If Democrats win the house and Senate, it’s almost a guarantee they will fight every effort Trump has made to improve the economy.

Illegal immigration is almost non-existent
Since Trump took office, there has been over 3 million deportations, and 800,000 illegal immigrants arrested. As a result, there has been a 96% drop in border encounters and a 21% reduction in homicides. Numbers do not lie. It’s no secret the Democrat strategy was to open our borders, flood our communities with illegal, criminal immigrants and sway future election results. It’s by far one of the most disturbing and un-American acts ever committed by elected officials.
The world is a safer place
The Iran conflict is unfortunately clouding our memories of the long list of conflicts that the Trump administration has helped halt. The Trump administration has prevented full scale conflicts from break out with Israel and Hamas, India and Pakistan, Congo and Rwanda, Thailand and Cambodia, Armenia and Azerbaijan and Egypt and Ethiopia. There is no doubt the world is a safer place. Everyone has an opinion on the situation in Iran but consider this. What would people say about Trump if Iran had a nuclear weapon and actually used it?
Making health a priority
America has an obesity problem, and you can clearly see that by going out in public. According to the CDC, 42% of American adults are obese. That is a disturbing statistic and one that impacts healthcare costs, life expectancy and the health of future generations. The Trump administration chose to tackle the problem head on by targeting ultra processed foods, removing dangerous chemicals and dyes from foods and educating the public about healthy eating habits. While we likely won’t see immediate results, it’s a critical step towards making our country healthier.
DEI is dead
In my humble opinion, ridding DEI from government and corporate America is one of the most impactful accomplishments of the Trump organization. It had gotten to a point where straight, middle aged, white men like me were getting discriminated against. People were getting jobs because of their race or sexual preferences and not for their experience and skills. It was a disturbing period of time and I, along with the majority of Americans are thrilled to see this nonsense go away.
As we get closer to the midterm elections, it’s critical for every like-minded American to discuss these facts with undecided or brain washed voters. We cannot let radical Democrats erase the progress that has been made over the last two years.
