Essex Co. DA Paul Tucker issues statement about death of MSP Trooper Kevin Trainor, killed in a fatal wrong-way crash by a naturalized cholo who’d gotten drunk as a skunk on Cinco de Mayo at a Mexican bar in Saugus — .192 BAC.

The savage had 9 drinks in 3 hrs between 9:20 pm & 12:53 am.

The Mexican place, Tribu Mexican Kitchen & Bar, will be the subject of an ABCC hearing July 28. DA says criminal charges “not sustainable.”
