A newly released court filing from Attorney Rosemary Scapicchio, Commonwealth v. Myles King: Defendant’s Second Supplemental Motion to Dismiss, has revealed another shocking batch of texts and photos sent by former Massachusetts State Police Trooper Michael Proctor.
