Jailhouse letter speaks volumes on illegal immigration
First Dean Tran, then Tania Fernandes Anderson, then Etel Haxhiaj. It’ll be three down, 20 million to go.
President Trump, it is time for a humanitarian intervention, to save the life of an ungrateful grifting foreigner who flopped into our nation and now claims to be suffering terribly while in federal custody for an endless string of terrible crimes.
Please Mr. President, do the right thing.
Ask your DOJ to begin denaturalization proceedings and then quickly deport ex-Sen. Dean Tran, formerly of Fitchburg, now of Devens FMC prison, hopefully soon to be back where he belongs, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
His Bureau of Prisons number is 87455-510. His projected release date is June 30 of next year, but he’s got yet another federal trial (along with his co-defendant sister) coming up next month.
And he’s already been convicted of multiple felonies in both federal and state courts.
Tran is, or was, a Republican, so the optics would be better it would be best to throw him out of civilization before we start ridding ourselves of the other criminal foreigners in politics in Massachusetts, all of whom are Democrats.
This means you, felonious Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson, from Africa.
And now Worcester City Councilor Etel Haxhiaj, from Albania, charged with assault and battery on a police officer and interfering with police.
But this morning, let’s concentrate on Dean Tran, Viet Cong-Fitchburg.
This week he pleaded guilty to state charges of stealing a gun from an American. They always seem to be stealing something from Americans, don’t they?
Tran was already in prison, at Devens, which is traditionally considered a pretty good place to do federal time. But don’t tell that to Tran. He asks for no special treatment, just to be treated like an illegal alien.
Two weeks ago, he filed with the US District Court a hand-scrawled six-page cri de couer about his tragic plight as a thieving Third World criminal.
It’s 32 paragraphs long, on yellow legal paper, and Tran starts with a complaint about being in SHU – Special Housing Unit.
“On weekends locked up, 24/7, in a room 9 X 6. On week days, if nice weather, allowed 1 hour of rec in 18 X 19 chicken cage.”
Dean, here in America we have a saying: “Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.”
“My mental health is deteriorating. I cannot focus, cannot concentrate. Can’t think. Haven’t been able to eat or sleep well. Lost weight first week, 5 lbs. Asked for access to pschyologist (sic) but that is not presently allowed.”
Maybe you should have considered these issues before you started stealing COVID welfare while working for a fat cat knucklehead in the GOP’s Kool Aid Kult. And before you started cheating on your income taxes. And before you stole that gun from the old American woman who was paying taxes when millions of you freeloaders were coming over here and going on welfare.
“The conditions are not sufficient for human life. The tap water available leaves a (indecipherable) solid white residue. The food portions are insufficient… Prisoners must ration their small portions to not starve, but if caught, the food is taken away.”
But wait, it gets worse.
“The commissary has no food available for purchase.”
Hey, if Devens was good enough for a Democrat pervert like Anthony “Carlos Danger” Weiner, it should be good enough for a sticky-fingered Republican like you.
“Oral hygiene is poor. No floss available. I think I have a cracked tooth. I asked to see dental. That is apparently not allowed in the SHU.”
Dean, just tell them you’re a Haitian illegal and that you’re in for impregnating your underage daughter. Gov. Healey will personally drive up a dentist to see you.
“I am, literally, lost in the system of Bureaucracy at the prison.”
At this point, it was time for a charge of, wait for it, racism.
“A large number of Asian stereotypes, such as referring to me as Jackie Tran, or requests for karate lessons… the CO has advised other personnel to speak Chinese to me….”
Tran retired from politics due to ill health. The voters got sick of him. Maybe he could have gotten away with his kleptomania if he’d been a Democrat. Anderson, who is much more loathsome than Tran, is still grabbing $120,000 a year at Boston City Hall despite her multiple felony convictions.
Haxhiaj, a community activist formerly of Tirana, now of Worcester, hasn’t even been convicted of anything yet. You should check out the video of the insurrection she fomented in the welfare district she represents if you want to see how well these violent Third World thugs are assimilating into civilization.
Do you remember Anthony Athanas of the old Anthony’s Pier 4? He was an Albanian too. He came to America to work. All immigrants did back then. Now so many of them come to… not work.
“Because my visits are limited, I have been unable to see the atty handling myt present state case in Worcester Superior.”
That problem has been resolved. With a guilty plea. Which is how the next batch of federal thievery charges will be resolved no doubt.
“My health is deteriorating, mentally and physically I find difficulty in writing even a short letter. I am in a haze and often can’t think straight.”
Were you thinking straight, Senator, when you decided to start stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from the country that rescued you from Communism and, even more importantly, ever having to work for a living?
Mr. President, after hearing about his plight, do you understand now why Dean Tran is worthy of your presidential charity?
First we get him denaturalized (he’s definitely guilty of “moral turpitude”) and then we deport him back to his real hometown.
Ho Chi Minh City. Do you think they have floss in Vietnam?
First Dean Tran, then Tania Fernandes Anderson, then Etel Haxhiaj.
It’ll be three down, 20 million to go.
