Smile Judge, You’re On Camera: Damning Video of Wisconsin Judge is Released [WATCH HERE]

Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan, who allegedly helped an illegal alien evade federal agents, was in for more bad news this week.

She is not only facing charges for obstructing a federal investigation, but now there is video proof of her wrongdoings.

The footage shows Judge Dugan, wearing her black robes, confronting federal agents at the Milwaukee County Courthouse. Prosecutors allege Dugan obstructed the federal investigation by allowing Flores-Ruiz to leave her courtroom through a restricted exit typically used by jurors. 

According to prosecutors, federal agents were redirected to speak with the Chief Judge, while Flores-Ruiz exited the building.

In the video, Flores-Ruiz, dressed in black and accompanied by his attorney, is seen leaving through the restricted door. An agent follows him as he enters an elevator and later exits the courthouse. Additional footage shows Flores-Ruiz running north for nearly a block before agents apprehended him outside the courthouse.

According to the criminal complaint, federal agents arrested Judge Dugan one week later. She now faces charges of obstructing a federal investigation.

Flores-Ruiz remains in federal custody on immigration charges while his domestic violence case progresses through Milwaukee County Court.
