Let’s not forget the Massachusetts Parole Board.
It takes a lot of Democrats marching in lockstep to ruin a state. But as fervently as the governor, the legislature and hundreds of corrupt judges desire to turn Massachusetts into a Third World bleephole, they can’t get the demolition job done all by themselves.
They need help from assorted hack-infested agencies pushing the same party line, and in the Commonwealth, one of them is the Parole Board.
As relentlessly as they keep committing crimes and keep getting let go by the Democrats, illegal aliens can’t ruin the state all by themselves.
They need help from bloodthirsty American-born fiends, and that’s where the Parole Board comes in. They’ve been releasing dozens of hardened criminals, many of them murderers, back into the community, to resume their vicious lives of crime.
Maybe some of the released murderers are getting a little long in the tooth, but hey, they can kill as savagely as any cholo. They already have.
Maura Healey is pleased as punch. Ditto, Michelle Wu. This is what the fundamental transformation of America looks like!
Here are some headlines of what the Parole Board has been up to in recent months.
“Parole Board has released 39 murder convicts who were initially sentenced to life without parole.”
“Man who killed 18-month-old boy, and put child’s body in dumpster, has been granted parole.”
“Man who raped 76-year-old woman and was sentenced to 3 life sentences granted parole.”
“Parole Board releases 5 more murder convicts who were originally sentenced to life without parole.”
“Parole Board grants release to man who killed convenience store owner.”
Do you notice a pattern here? As long as the crime is atrocious enough, the Democrats cut you loose. Life without parole? Yeah, sure, and by the way the check is in the mail….
But the Parole Board has an excuse. See, the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) ruled last year that it is unconstitutional to sentence “emerging adults” between the ages of 18 to 20 to life in prison without parole.
Isn’t that convenient! But this blaming-the-insanity-on-the-courts has become the Democrat playbook. Hey, they have no choice. They have to… obey the law. They’re only following orders.
How many times have the hacks used the “our hands are tied” alibi?
Gov. Maura Healey allowed Dementia Joe Biden to fly thousands of illegal Haitians into Massachusetts, and then spent $4 billion on providing them with lifetime vacations, up to and including free same-day dry cleaning services.
Hey, we had to do it, she said. There was a “shelter” law passed by the legislature in 1983, as if that measure was ever conceived of as a future battering ram to destabilize dozens of working-class communities with hordes of Third World criminals.
How about the even more insane scheme to release all the illegal-alien thugs from jail even if ICE has detainers to grab them and deport them back to wherever they belong?
Hey, the hacks snicker, our hands are tied. Don’t you know about the SJC decision from 2017 – Lunn v. Commonwealth. You’re not allowed to hold foreign criminals just because they’re a danger to the public.
It’s the law, wink wink nudge nudge.
Then there’s the newer scheme to crack the working-class communities by constructing public-housing projects around MBTA stations.
So what if blue-collar towns don’t want thousands upon thousands of illegal alien welfare recipients wrecking their school systems and bringing Third World violence to their neighborhoods, it doesn’t matter.
The Democrats claim they can do it – have to do it, in fact — under the MBTA Communities Act of 2021, Section 3A to be specific.
And this cracking of the working-class towns is enthusiastically promoted by the attorney general, Andrea Joy Campbell, now that she has fled outside the afflicted district to a bucolic lily-white town on the South Coast.
So this mass jailbreak engineered by the Parole Board is just part of a larger pattern.
You could call an ongoing judicial coup, but the fact is, the judges are just doing the bidding of their paymasters, the legislature and the governor.
Why do you think the SJC won’t allow the legislative audit that 2.3 million voters – 72 percent – voted for in 2024? Because if they ever allowed it, those failed lawyers with black robes making $207,000 a year for a barely part-time job know that they would never, ever get another pay raise again.
This isn’t a conspiracy theory. It’s fact. The judges don’t have to be told what to do, they understand what’s expected of them. It’s called pay to play.
State Auditor Diana DiZoglio was joking about the courts’ pay raises in her song last Sunday at the St. Patrick’s Day time.
As for releasing all these hundreds of criminals with blood on their hands, that’s just another part of the plan to wreck the state.
Consider Tanzerious Anderson, husband of jailbird ex-Boston city councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson, the first Muslim illegal alien from Africa on welfare ever elected to the Council.
Tanzerious was doing “life without parole” for murdering a legal immigrant, unlike his wife, in a $40 robbery. The Arab was begging for his life, saying “Please” and apparently Tanzerious thought he was saying “Police!” so he shot him in the head.
In cold blood.
And now jailbird Tanzerious getting out to join his jailbird wife. So much for life without parole.
How about a thug named Jeffrey Hardy? He was 20 years old in 1994 when he killed a 19-year-old named Thomas Moran in Medford.
According to a witness, Hardy bragged about how many times he’d stabbed the teenager.
“Did you hear how many times we got him?” Hardy boasted. “Eighty times!”
Hardy may soon be moving to a neighborhood near you. At least if you live near a public housing project, although as a U.S. citizen, Hardy will of course be the waiting list behind all the illegal alien criminals on welfare.
Then there’s Rolando Rodriguez? In 1997, at age 18, he stabbed to death a 32-year-old convenience store owner to death during a robbery in Chelsea, as the woman’s 7-year-old daughter watched in horror.
The board doesn’t care.
“Mr. Rodriguez has maintained his sobriety,” they note, “while incarcerated.”
I would hope so. The cholo’s been in prison all these years.
It takes a lot of Democrats to destroy 400 years of civilization, but Maura Healey et al. are doing their damnedest to finish off the Commonwealth.
And the Massachusetts Parole Board is just doing its part.
