The most telling moment for Moulton came when he was asked about one of the few sane things he has ever said in his entire political career.

At this point Moulton deserves to lose to the 80-year-old incumbent Ed Markey.

His latest idea has ruffled some feathers online.
Sen. Ed Markey announced on his official Facebook page Monday that he and Rep. Ayanna Pressley are pushing the Freedom to Move Act, a joint bill that would dedicate $25 billion in federal taxpayer money over five years to eliminate transit fares nationwide. Reactions in the comment thread beneath the post were swift and sharp.
“Will her husband be the ‘Project Manager’?” one commenter wrote, in the top-liked reply. Another top-liked comment: “25 billion for something ‘Free’, things that make you go ‘huh.'” A third: “Nothing is ever free. It gets paid for somewhere.”
Is it any wonder that people can’t get out of Massachusetts fast enough?
